Maxis "Ultra Modern Diamond" Completer Set

There are two BG "ultra-modern" objects with a diamond design: a dining chair and a sofa. I made seven new Maxis-match objects that I think can be used in a living room, a dining room, or outdoors. Plus some extra stuff that might be of use. No EPs required, just Base game.

OLD UNFINISHED PROJECTS - PROJECTOS VIEJOS SIN TERMINAR

No sé decir cuándo será.

ANOTHER COMING PROJECT

There is just some small details left to finish all my floor border fixes for Maxis fences... After that I hope I can keep working on my most recent project: my first furniture set. The item shown in the pictures is going to be the master. It's inspired in a beautiful jewelry box I found searching the web for cool furniture to start "serious" modeling in marvelous Blender :D

Floor Border FIX - Part 1 (BG Fences) / Corrección para el borde del piso - Parte 1 (Vallas del Juego Base)

TS2 Fences Remade / Las vallas de LS2 rehechas

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
UPDATED 2012/12/21: Uploaded a new version that is GREATLY improved!! Find it at the end of this post. More details in Part 2 (UNI fences).

I want to post this at MTS and other sites... but for me that would be the first time ever! So I'm still kinda scared to do it. I've spent the last year trying to learn as much as I could, but I know that there are still a lot of things that I must improve (my mapping particularly sucks). I'm not quite happy with the result right now because I know it should be better. The meshes, the textures, the shadows problem...

A Strange Little Battle... - Part I / Una batallita rara... - Parte I

"Oh... those treacherous witches... They're all the same... even when they dress in different colors, they're all the same. They know how to manipulate the will of other people to make them perform actions against themselves, against their own beliefs and principles. Their powers can humillate, ridicule, but also seduce... Yes, I've been a victim of such powers. But I'm back on my feet again, and I'm willing to keep on fighting."
"Treacherous witches..."
"Brujos traicioneros..."
"Ah... Esos brujos traicioneros...

I hope I can soon publish some of the adventures of Lola and Chloe that I really enjoyed making... but meanwhile I decided to send their pets looking for new games to conquer for the aliens :) .

"UNREALISTIC BUILDINGS" PROJECT / PROJECTO "EDIFICIOS IRREALES"

Ceiling Objects made Shiftable / Desplazar Objetos adheridos al techo

I don't know if someone else has already done this, I haven't been able to find it... so I decided to do it myself and though that it might be also good to share it as well. I know it's not terribly useful but decorators always like to have more options. Personally I couldn't play without those Goggalor's mods. All wall-hanging objects are already made, what more can you ask for? Well, there are times when I also enjoy to be able to shift rugs and ceiling objects (or objects cloned from them) instead of using OMSPs. Of course I'm not going to start a series of "Shiftable Rugs" mods (well, who knows... xD), all I'm saing is that it's a good thing making some custom items cloned from rugs to be shiftable.

Yeah, well... with this picture I'm rather presuming of my new fix for Maxis fences... xD

187 Objects Recategorized (or Hidden) / 187 Objetos Recategorizados (u Ocultos)

I started doing this after I've read Phaenoh's tutorial at MTS. But at some point I wasn't able to continue, and all the extracted files seemed to be forgotten... until now. So I'm already enjoying my new catalog :) . Surely the best for us would have been for the game catalog to have options to move/show/hide items or filter/order them by price, name, etc... instead of each person having to do its own mods and making countless collections, don't you think? Well, I guess that would be just too much to ask, lol.
I know sharing something like this seems hardly useful, because each person has a different point of view about what a logical and acceptable classification should be like... everyone should make their own mods, but it does takes some time to gather all the files you need! So it seemed to me that it's not a bad idea to share the mods that have already been done, as at least they might help shortening the job for others wanting to edit the same objects. This is why I tried to make a different package for each mod (or at least have them conveniently grouped): just pick the one you need, and only use SimPE if you find an object you want to hide or move to a different category.
